Ijust discovered casserole crazy. Having recently made Tuna Noodle Casserole for an Army and then a cassoulet (three hour version, not three day version) which I'm currently polishing off remnants of...this is OBviously THE book for me! I can't wait to see your movie. I hope it makes you obscenely happy and wealthy. Some of us potty mouthed, erudite barfly foodie girls need that validation, from time to time. Oh yes. We hide it well, but it's true!
