Damn, missed you in Denver. I'm a little new to the Julie Powell phenomenon, so I've just caught this post.
Great column in the NYT mag this past week. A nice variant on the beef: You should try roasting poblanos for the sauce, and grinding some raw unsalted pistachios with the coffee. Crazy good.
